4 Reagents and materials

HPLC grade. 4.6 Methanol. HPLC grade. 4.7 Triclosan. purity of more than 99.5%, CAS Number. 3380-34-5. 4.8 3% (mass concentration) acetic acid solution. Weigh 30g (accurate to 0.1g) in glacial acetic acid (4.1) in 1L flask, water volume. 4.9 10% (by volume) ethanol. Measure 100mL anhydrous ethanol (4.2) in 1L flask, water volume. 4.10 ammonia - methanol mixture (5/95 by volume). amount of 5mL ammonia (4.3) and 95mL of methanol, and mix. 4.11 Triclosan stock solution (1000mg/L). Weigh accurately 100mg triclosan (accurate to 0.1mg) to 100mL volumetric flask Methanol (4.6) volume. At -20 ℃ ~ 20 ℃ conditions stored. 4.12 Triclosan intermediate standard solution (100mg/L). Take 10mL Triclosan stock solution (4.11) in 100mL flask with methanol
