3 Method summary
The sample was processed by microwave digestion inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-OES) was measured to determine the lead according to the solution curve
(Pb), chromium (Cr), molybdenum (Mo) of each metal element, and then whether the sample contains chrome orange, lead chromate, chromium molybdenum red filter.
4 Reagents
Unless otherwise specified, use only the gifted class pure reagents. The two water GB/T 6682 water regulations.
4.1 nitric acid (ρ = 1.42g/mL).
4.2 Hydrogen peroxide (ρ = 1.11g/mL).
4.3 hydrochloric acid (ρ = 1.19g/mL).
4.4 lead, chromium, molybdenum standard stock solution (100μg/mL). according to GB/T 602 formulated or direct purchase of certified reference materials.
4.5 nitric acid - a mixed solution of hydrochloric acid. amount of 120mL nitric acid (4.1), and slowly poured into 840mL water and then weighed 40mL hydrochloric acid solution
(4.3) and mix together.
5 Equipment
5.1 microwave digestion instrument, equipped with a temperature sensor.
5.2 Inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometer, in line with JJG768 requirements.
5.3 Analysis of balance. a sense of the amount of 0.1mg.
5.4 flask. 50mL, 100mL, A grade.
