3 Method summary
Mix with the pulverized sample extracted with methanol with 0.1% formic acid - methanol mixture was diluted solid phase extraction (SPE); slimming oral solution

4 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise specified, all reagents were of analytical grade water as a water GB/T 6682 regulations.
4.1 Methanol. HPLC fractions.
4.2 formic acid. 99%, HPLC fractions.
4.3 ammonia. pure class distinctions.
4.4 ammonium acetate. pure class distinctions.
4.5 10mmol/L ammonium acetate solution. Weigh 0.771g ammonium acetate (4.4), ultrapure water dissolved and diluted to 1000mL.
4.6 0.1% 2.0% formic acid solution. respectively Pipette 0.1mL, 2.0mL of formic acid (4.2), dilute to volume with ultrapure water to 100mL.
4.7 0.1% formic acid - methanol mixture. (82, volume ratio).
4.8 5% ammoniated methanol. amount of 5mL ammonia (4.3) and 95mL of methanol (4.1) and mixed.
Rimonabant 4.9 standard (rimonabant, CAS number. 168273-06-1, molecular formula. C22H21Cl3N4O). 97% or greater purity.
4.10 standard stock solution. accurately weighed 0.01g (accurate to 0.0001g) of rimonabant standard (4.9) with methanol (4.1) dubbed concentrated
