4 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise specified, all reagents were of analytical grade water as a water GB/T 6682 regulations.
4.1 acetonitrile. chromatography.
4.2 acetic acid (99.5%).
4.3 formic acid.
4.4 TCA.
4.5 sodium acetate.
4.6 ammonium acetate.
4.7 sodium chloride.
4.8 anhydrous magnesium. by burning 650 ℃ 4h, placed in the dryer set aside.
4.9 1% acetic acid in acetonitrile. Take 10mL acetic acid (4.2), was added 990mL of acetonitrile (4.1) and mix.
4.10 2% aqueous solution of acetic acid. Take 20mL acetic acid was added 980mL of water, and mix.
4.11 1.3% formic acid aqueous solution. Take 13mL formic acid (4.3), was added 987mL of water, and mix.
4.12 trichloroacetic acid solution. 0.1mol/L. Weigh 16.34g trichloroacetic acid (4.4), add water to 1000mL, and mix.
4.13 ammonium acetate solution. 1mmol/L. Weigh 0.0771g ammonium acetate (4.6), add water to 1000mL, and mix.
4.14 formic acid - acetonitrile (8020, volume ratio). Take 80mL formic acid solution (4.11), dissolved in acetonitrile and diluted to 100mL.
