1 Scope

3 Method summary
The sample was melted at 60 ℃, washed with methanol - extracted sample mixed solution of acetone and methanol and urea solution (containing 5% aqueous ammonia solution)
Synthetic pigment, after liquid-liquid extraction distribution respectively through a polyamide resin column chromatography and gel permeation chromatography purification, liquid chromatography, external standard peak area

4 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise specified, the reagents were of analytical grade water as a water GB/T 6682 regulations.
4.1 Methanol. HPLC fractions.
4.2 acetone. HPLC fractions.
4.3 ethyl acetate.
4.4 cyclohexane.
4.5 phosphoric acid.
4.6 urea.
4.7 Ammonia. a concentration of 28%.
4.8 Anhydrous sodium dihydrogen phosphate.
4.9 sodium phosphate dibasic anhydrous.
4.10 methanol - acetone solution (11 volume). The volume of methanol (4.1) and acetone (4.2), and other mixed.
4.11 ethyl acetate - cyclohexane (11, volume ratio). Ethyl acetate (4.3), and cyclohexane (4.4) uniformly mixed in equal volumes.
4.12 80% methanol solution (containing 0.1% phosphoric acid). Take 80mL of methanol (4.1), was added 0.1mL phosphoric acid (4.5), dilute with water to 100mL.
4.13 2mol/L methanol solution of urea (containing 5% aqueous ammonia solution). Weigh 12g of urea (4.6), was dissolved in methanol (4.1), was added 5mL ammonia
Water (4.7), dilute to 100mL with methanol (4.1).
4.14 50% phosphoric acid. An equal volume of phosphoric acid (4.5) mixed with water uniformly.
4.15 0.1% phosphoric acid solution. Pipette 0.1mL phosphate (4.5), diluted with water to 100mL.
4.16 5% ammonia - methanol solution. amount of 5mL ammonia (4.7) and 95mL of methanol (4.1), mix well.
