1 Scope
This standard specifies the method of liquid chromatography detection of food for export cinnamaldehyde.
This standard applies to pears, fruit juice, ice cream, sauces, luncheon meat, sweets, cakes and determination of cinnamaldehyde chewing gum exports.

3 Method summary
Samples with ethanol ultrasonic extraction solution of acetic acid in the sample cinnamic aldehyde, by high-speed centrifugation, the supernatant was millipore filtered and the filtrate by liquid color

4 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise indicated in the analysis using only recognized as analytical reagents, water use GB/T 6682 specified in a water.
4.1 ethanol. HPLC fractions.
4.2 Methanol. HPLC fractions.
4.3 acetonitrile. HPLC fractions.
4.4 acetic acid. HPLC fractions.
4.5 0.1% acetic acid solution. amount of 1mL acetic acid, water volume to 1L, ultrasonic degassing, filtration reserve.
4.6 Ethanol 0.1% acetic acid solution (6535, volume ratio). amount of 650mL ethanol and 350mL0.1% acetic acid solution and mix.
4.7 cinnamaldehyde standards. C9H8O, CAS No. 104-55-2, purity of greater than or equal to 99.0%.
4.8 cinnamaldehyde stock standard solution. Accurately weigh the right amount of cinnamic aldehyde with methanol formulated in a standard stock solution 1mg/mL, and avoid at 0 ℃ ~ 4 ℃

4.9 cinnamaldehyde standard solution. Imbibe cinnamaldehyde stock standard solution 1mL in 100mL volumetric flask with methanol to volume, the preparation
