1 Scope
This standard specifies the polycarbonate resin and its products in triethylamine and gas chromatographic method of tri-n-butylamine.
This standard applies to the determination of the polycarbonate resin and its products in triethylamine and tri-n-butylamine.
This standard of triethylamine and tri-n-butylamine measured lower limits were 0.4mg/kg.
Principle 2
The samples were dissolved in methylene chloride, acetone was added to make polycarbonate precipitation, the solution triethylamine and tri-n-butylamine was concentrated using constant volume
Gas chromatographic method, external standard method.
3 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise indicated, all reagents were of analytical grade.
3.1 dichloromethane.
3.2 acetone.
Triethylamine 3.3 Standard. 99% or greater purity.
Butylamine 3.4 Standard. 99% or greater purity.
3.5 triethylamine and tributylamine standard stock solution. Weigh 10mg and 10mg of triethylamine in 100mL flask tributylamine
With dichloromethane to volume. Standard stock solution below 4 ℃ stored.
3.6 triethylamine (3.3) and tri-n-butylamine (3.4) standard solution. take the above standard stock solution 4.0mL, diluted with dichloromethane to
100mL, depicting 1.0mL, 2.0mL, 3.0mL, 4.0mL, 5.0mL different volumetric flask, and dilute to volume with dichloromethane
Scale, to obtain 0.2mg/L, 0.4mg/L, 0.6mg/L, 0.8mg/L, 1.0mg/L of standard series working solution. The standard working solution
