Depending on the intended use and conditions of use of the sample, select the appropriate food simulants (distilled water, 8% ethanol, 50% ethanol solution

4 Reagents and materials

4.3 8% ethanol solution. Take the amount of ethanol in 40mL 500mL volumetric flask with distilled water to the mark. With distilled water as a reference

4.4 50% ethanol solution. Take the amount of ethanol in 500mL 250mL volumetric flask with distilled water to the mark. With distilled water as a reference
