1 Scope
This standard specifies the leather C10 ~ C13 gas chromatography method SCCP residues.

3 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise specified, all reagents were of analytical grade, water is deionized water or equivalent purity.
3.1 ammonia.
3.2 Acetic acid. 36%.
3.3 acetic acid solution (5%). Take 14mL acetic acid (3.2) to 100mL volumetric flask with deionized water to volume, shake reserve.
3.4 hexane. pesticide grade.
3.5 ether.
3.6 eluent. n-hexane - diethyl ether (9010, volume ratio).
3.7 cyclopentane.
Palladium chloride, 3.8.
3.9 calcium carbonate.
3.10 Glass beads. 60 mesh to 80 mesh.
3.11 Florisil SPE column. 1g, 6mL.
3.12 Deactivated single taper liner. diameter 4mm.
3.13 1,2,4-trimethylbenzene.
3.14 C10 ~ C13 paraffin mixed standard solution. 100μg/mL, 55.5% average degree of chlorination.
3.15 C10, C11, C12, C13 linear alkanes standards. than 99.5% purity.
3.16 linear paraffin mixed standard solution. accurately weighed amount C10, C11, C12, C13 standard linear alkanes (3.15), paired with n-hexane
1.0mg/mL stock solution, and then were drawn C10, C11, C12, C13 straight-chain alkanes dubbed a stock solution of 100μg/mL mixed standard.
