1 Scope
This standard specifies the aseptic food packaging materials and test methods.
This standard applies to sterility testing food, pet food, packaging products.
2 Equipment and Materials
2.1 Incubator. 25 ℃ ± 1 ℃, 35 ℃ ± 1 ℃ and 55 ℃ ± 1 ℃.
2.2 Refrigerator. 0 ℃ ~ 4 ℃.
2.3 pH meter.
2.4 anaerobic culture apparatus.
2.5 sterile tubes. 10mL.
2.6 flask. 250mL.
