5 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise specified, the reagents were of analytical grade water as a water GB/T 6682 stipulated.
5.1 Methanol. HPLC grade.
5.2 acetonitrile. HPLC grade.
5.3 formic acid. HPLC grade.
5.4 hexane. HPLC grade.
5.5 furan benzene acid sodium standard (C13H8NNaO5). CAS Registry Number is 54992-23-3; purity not less than 99.0%, available from
Wakepurechemicalindustries company.
5.6 anhydrous sodium. 650 ℃ burning 2h, placed in a desiccator cool reserve.
5.7 0.1% formic acid solution. Take 1.0mL acid water volume to 1000mL.
5.8 dissolution solution. acetonitrile + 0.1% formic acid (1 + 4, volume ratio).
5.9 acetonitrile saturated with n-hexane. 100mL acetonitrile was added 100mL of n-hexane, followed by sufficient shaking, standing layer, the upper layer of n-hexane
spare.
