3 Method summary

4 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise noted, all reagents were of analytical grade water as a water GB/T 6682 regulations.
4.1 acetonitrile. HPLC grade.
4.2 hexane. HPLC grade.
Acid 4.3. purity 99%, HPLC grade.
4.4 ammonium acetate.
4.5 anhydrous sodium. 650 ℃ burning 4h, removed after cooling to 200 ℃, placed in a desiccator stored for use.
4.6 acetonitrile saturated with n-hexane. 100mL n-hexane was added 10mL of acetonitrile, followed by sufficient shaking, standing layer, the upper layer of liquid.
4.7 formic acid. accurate amount of 1mL acid (4.3), weighed 0.0386g ammonium acetate (4.4) in the same 1L volumetric flask with water
