4 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise indicated, the reagents used were of analytical grade, test water line with GB/T 6682 level or deionized water.
4.1 tetrabutyl ammonium hydrogen sulfate.
4.2 methyl tert-butyl ether.
4.3 Methanol. chromatographically pure.
4.4 ammonium acetate (purity ≥98%).
4.5 PFOS standards. purity not less than 98% (CAS. 1763-23-1).
4.6 tetrabutyl ammonium hydrogen sulfate solution (0.5mol/L). Weigh 16.98g of tetrabutyl ammonium hydrogen sulfate (4.1) dissolved in 100mL of water.
4.7 PFOS standard stock solution. accurately weighed amount of PFOS standard (4.5) with methanol (4.3) preparation of a concentration
10mg/L standard stock solution.
