1 Scope
This standard specifies the food of animal origin pentachlorophenol residues in sample preparation, liquid chromatography - mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry.
This standard applies to food of animal origin determination of pentachlorophenol residues in liver, kidney, pork, milk, fish, shrimp, crab and so on.

3 Method summary
PCP in the sample with an alkaline aqueous acetonitrile extraction residue, the MAX solid phase extraction cartridge, concentrated, constant volume, using liquid chromatography
Spectrum - MS/MS detection and confirmation, external standard.
4 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise indicated, the reagents used were HPLC grade water as a water GB/T 6682 regulations.
4.1 acetonitrile.
4.2 methanol.
Acetonitrile + 4.3 water. 7 + 3 (volume ratio).
4.4 triethylamine. AR.
4.5 5% triethylamine acetonitrile - water. the exact amount of 50mL triethylamine (4.4), transferred into 1000mL volumetric flask with acetonitrile + water
(4.3) to the mark and mix well.
4.6 formic acid.
4.7 ammonium acetate.
4.8 5% aqueous ammonia solution. Measure 200mL concentrated aqueous ammonia (25%), transferred into 1000mL volumetric flask with water to volume, and mix well.
4.9 4% formic acid in methanol solution. an amount of 10mL formic acid, transferred into a 250mL volumetric flask with methanol to volume, and mix well.
4.10 2% formic acid aqueous methanol solution. take a certain amount of 4% formic acid in methanol (4.9) and the volume of water and mix well.
4.11 5mmol/L aqueous ammonium acetate solution. Accurately weigh 0.3854g ammonium acetate (4.7), dissolved in water and transferred to a 1000mL volumetric flask
In to volume, mix evenly.
4.12 Standard substances. sodium pentachlorophenol (pentachlorophenolsodiumsalt), CAS number. 131-52-2 purity ≥94.5%, or
quite.
4.13 standard solution
4.13.1 Standard stock solution. Weigh commuted equivalent to 10mg (accurate to 0.1mg) PCP standards, dissolved in methanol and is scheduled
