5.1 blood collection and separation
By conventional methods and separating blood serum. Serum should be fresh, no protein coagulation, no hemolysis and no smell of corruption.

6.1.1.1 Reagents and materials
6.1.1.1.1 Antigen. use according to the instructions, use the front room temperature (22 ℃ ~ 25 ℃) 30min ~ 60min, and shake well.
6.1.1.1.2 Positive control serum. lyophilized before using the instructions dissolved in distilled water to a predetermined volume.
6.1.1.1.3 Negative control serum. lyophilized before using the instructions dissolved in distilled water to a predetermined volume.
6.1.1.1.4 glass. about 45cm × 30cm, requires clean, partitioned into 32 squares, the number of horizontal grid 8, wales four cells, each cell 4cm ×
4cm, each cell under 1cm wide and then draw a small grid, used to fill the number serum.
6.1.1.1.5 toothpick. flat round or similar small stick.
6.1.1.1.6 pipettes. lessons volume 25μL, 75μL.
6.1.1.2 Test Procedure
6.1.1.2.1 before the test serum should be set at room temperature (22 ℃ ~ 25 ℃) 30min ~ 60min.
