5.1 Isolation and identification of viruses
5.1.1 Material preparation
5.1.1.1 Materials and Reagents
5.1.1.1.1 Vero cells (African green monkey kidney cells), MDCK cell (canine kidney cell passage).
5.1.1.1.2 solution preparation. including cell culture medium, cell maintenance fluid, cell dispersion, PBS and the like. Formulation and configuration methods, see Appendix C.
