1 Scope
This standard specifies the content of citrinin in cereals and export liquid chromatography detection methods.
This standard applies to detect the import and export of rice, barley, oats, wheat citrinin content.
2 Method summary
With acetonitrile - isopropyl alcohol - mixed solution of water extracted sample citrinin, C18 SPE column purification, distribution of liquid chromatography with fluorescence detector
Spectrometer, external standard.
3 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise specified, reagents were of analytical grade, water is distilled water or equivalent purity.
3.1 Isopropanol. chromatography.
3.2 acetonitrile. chromatography.
3.3 phosphoric acid. pure class distinctions.
3.4 Extraction solvent. acetonitrile - isopropanol - water (35 + 10 + 55, by volume), adjusted to pH 1.5 with phosphoric acid.
3.5 phosphate solution. Take 5.6mL phosphoric acid to water volume to 1000mL.
3.6 Mobile phase. acetonitrile - isopropanol -0.08mol/L phosphoric acid (35 + 10 + 55, volume ratio).
3.7 C18 solid phase extraction column. 500mg, 3mL, or equivalent person. Before use, respectively 5mL methanol and 5mL water pre-rinse and keep cylinder

3.8 Citrinin standard substance (citrinin, C13H14O5, CAS number. 518-75-2). purity greater than or equal to 97%.
3.9 Citrinin standard stock solution. weigh the amount of citrinin standard substance dissolved in acetonitrile and dilute to 1.0mg/mL, 0 ℃ ~ 4 ℃

3.10 Citrinin standard working solution. dilute the standard stock solution with the necessary liquidity into with 25ng/mL, 50ng/mL, 100ng/mL,
500ng/mL, 1000ng/mL of standard working solution.
3.11 Glass fiber filter. diameter 11cm, pore size 1.5μm.

5 Sample preparation and preservation
