This Standard is applicable to commercial wheat flour’s process, sales, distribution,
storage and export.
1 Quality standard
1.1 Wheat flour is graded based on processing degree. Grade indicators and other quality
indicators are shown in following table.
GB 1355‐1986 “Wheat Flour” No.1 Amendment
This Amendment was approved as Technical-Supervision-National-Standard [1988] No.
021 document by National Technical Supervision Bureau on December 30, 1988. It shall
be implemented since from 1, 1989.
