Level Automatic Measurement
1 Scope
This section provides the import and export of liquid cargo automatic level gauge in warehouse transfusion in measurement methods.
This section applies to the vapor pressure in the pressure tank level measurement of liquid cargoes 4MPa. It can be used for contact/non-contact automatic liquid
Level meter precision calculations, installation, commissioning, correction, calibration, measurement and determination results and other aspects.
2 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
2.1
Anchor weight anchorweight
Automatic level instrument manipulation guide axis perpendicular to maintain weight and tension of the probe.
2.2
Automatic level gauge automaticlevelgauge; ALG
Continuous measurement shore tank liquid level (liquid depth or ullage) instruments.
2.3
Automatic liquid level meter deep innage-basedautomaticlevelgauge
For measuring the vertical distance between the surface and the lower portion of the reference point and the design and installation of an automatic level gauge.
2.4
Contact automatic level gauge intrusiveautomaticlevelgauge
Its shore tank level sensor mounted in direct contact with liquid inside and the automatic level instrument, such as the float or servo automatic level gauge.
2.5
Non-contact automatic tank gauge non-intrusiveautomaticlevelgauge
It does not directly touch the liquid level sensor for automatic level instrument, such as a microwave or radar-type automatic level gauge.
2.6
Guide tube/liquid pipe steady stil-wel
Maintain the vertical rows of holes and there are ducts. Since the liquid used to reduce turbulence, the liquid level measurement error caused by fluctuations or agitation.
2.7
Ullage automatic tank gauge ulage-basedautomaticlevelgauge
For measuring the vertical distance between the liquid surface and an upper reference point and the design and installation of an automatic level gauge.
3 Basic requirements
3.1 Working conditions
Measurement 3.1.1 shore tank vapor pressure, gas temperature, liquid temperature or other relevant parameters must be carried out simultaneously with the level measurement. Measure will
Be representative.
3.1.2 measure level, the level must be allowed to stand.
3.2 Technical conditions
3.2.1 Automatic level gauge should have sufficient sensitivity to accurately measuring the change in the level of the shore tank. When the environment changes, resulting in temporary surface
