Principle 3
Vinyl acetate in the sample after leaching was soaking food simulants, constant volume with acetone and then determined by GC vinyl acetate.
4 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise specified, the reagents used were of analytical grade.
4.1 Acetone. analytical purity should be greater than 99%, excluding vinyl acetate.
Vinyl acetate 4.2. standard reagents, should be greater than 98% purity.
4.3 tetrahydrofuran. standard reagent purity should be greater than 98%, for the determination of the correction factor.
4.4 Nitrogen. purity of not less than 99.9% (volume fraction), silica gel and molecular sieve 5A dried, purified.
4.5 air (air). silica gel and molecular sieve 5A dried, purified.
4.6 Hydrogen. purity of not less than 99.9% (volume fraction), silica gel and molecular sieve 5A dried, purified.
5 instruments and equipment
5.1 Gas chromatograph. equipped with a FID detector.
5.2 ultrasonic oscillator.
5.3 micro syringe. 10μL.
5.4 volumetric flask. 25mL.

Simulation food was soaked and migration test conditions according to SN/T 2280.

Simulation food soaking solution under the condition of 4 ℃ dark, sealed.
