1 Scope

This standard specifies the import and export of food in gas chromatography and gas chromatography of chlorpyrifos - and MS methods. This standard applies to corn, brown rice, green onions, spinach, peppers, oranges, apples, peanuts, pine nuts, tea, fish, honey, pork, chicken kidneys, Chlorpyrifos residues in chicken liver testing and confirmation.

2 Method summary

Experiment with ethyl acetate or water - acetone extraction, liquid-liquid partition extraction by SPE purification or gel chromatography, gas chromatography flame Photometric detector and quantified by external standard; positive samples by gas chromatography - mass spectrometry confirmed.

3 Reagents and materials

Unless otherwise specified, the reagents were of analytical grade, double distilled water. 3.1 acetone. residual level. 3.2 dichloromethane. residual level. 3.3 Cyclohexane. Residual level. 3.4 ethyl acetate. residual level. 3.5 hexane. Residual level. 3.6 sodium chloride. 3.7 anhydrous sodium. 650 ℃ burning 4h, stored in a sealed container in the back. 3.8 aqueous sodium chloride solution (5%). Weigh 5.0g of sodium chloride dissolved in water, and dilute to 100mL. 3.9 ethyl acetate - n-hexane to (1 + 1, volume ratio). Measure 100mL 100mL of ethyl acetate and hexane, and mix. 3.10 cyclohexane - ethyl acetate. (1 + 1, volume ratio). amount of 100mL and 100mL cyclohexane, n-hexane, and mix. 3.11 chlorpyrifos standard (Chlorpyrifos, C9H11C13NO3PS, CASN o.2921-88-2). purity greater than or equal to 98%. 3.12 chlorpyrifos standard stock solution. accurately weighed amount of chlorpyrifos standards, formulated with ethyl acetate to a concentration of 100μg/mL of Standard stock solution. The solution was stored at 0 ℃ ~ 4 ℃ refrigerator. 3.13 chlorpyrifos standard solution. as needed chlorpyrifos standard stock solution (3.12) diluted to a suitable concentration standard with ethyl acetate Quasi working solution. The solution was stored at 0 ℃ ~ 4 ℃ refrigerator. 3.14 fluoro Rory silica SPE column. Florisil, 500mg, 6mL, or equivalent person. 3.15 GCB SPE. ENVI-Carb, 250mg, 6mL, or equivalent person. 3.16 microporous membrane. 0.45μm. 3.17 GCB. 60 mesh to 80 mesh.
