2 Method summary
Samples were extracted with acetonitrile, acetonitrile saturated with n-hexane liquid - liquid distribution, solid phase extraction (SPE) and gas chromatography - mass spectrometry detection, external standard

3 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise specified, the reagents were of analytical grade, double distilled water.
3.1 acetonitrile. residual level.
3.2 acetone. residual level.
3.3 hexane. Residual level.
3.4 Toluene. residual level.
3.5 Toluene - acetonitrile (1 + 3, volume ratio). amount of 20mL toluene and 60mL acetonitrile, and mix.
3.6 acetonitrile saturated n-hexane solution. Take 100mL n-hexane, 30mL of acetonitrile in a separating funnel, Shakers, and set aside.
3.7 fenamiphos standards (Fenamiphos, C13H22NO3PS, CASN o.22224-96-6). purity greater than or equal to 98%.
3.8 fenamiphos standard stock solution. accurately weighed amount of fenamiphos standards, formulated with acetone to a concentration of 100μg/mL of standard stock
Preparation of the solution. The solution was stored at 0 ℃ ~ 4 ℃ refrigerator.
