2 Method summary
Samples were extracted with acetonitrile, purified by chromatography on neutral alumina using acetone - eluting ether (20 + 80, by volume), liquid chromatography - tandem mass spectrometry

3 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise specified, reagents were of analytical grade, water is distilled or deionized water.
3.1 Methanol. chromatographically pure.
3.2 acetonitrile. chromatography.
3.3 acetone. chromatography.
3.4 ether. chromatography.
Ammonium acetate 3.5. HPLC grade.
3.6 sodium chloride.
3.7 aqueous ammonium acetate solution (0.005mol/L). Weigh 0.19g ammonium acetate dissolved in an appropriate amount of water and then dilute to 500mL.
3.8 methanol - ammonium acetate solution. methanol - ammonium acetate solution (0.005mol/L) (60 + 40, volume ratio).
3.9 acetone - ether mixed solvent. acetone - diethyl ether (20 + 80, volume ratio).
3.10 carbamates standards. methiocarb, bendiocarb, isopropyl Granville, carbaryl, carbofuran, pirimicarb, bassa were greater than or equal
99.0%. Methomyl 98.8%.
3.11 urethane standard stock solution. accurately weighed amount of standard carbamate, dissolved in methanol, were prepared at a concentration of solution
200μg/mL, 4 ℃ storage.
3.12 urethane mixed working solution. If necessary, an appropriate amount of stock solutions were taken in the same volumetric flask with methanol - a dilute solution of ammonium acetate
Diluted to the appropriate concentration of the working solution.
Carbamate 3.13 calibration solution configurations. standard mixed solution was treated by 6.1 and 6.2 blank sample solution was diluted to 1.0,
10.0,20,50,100μg/L.
3.14 neutral alumina SPE column (3mg). Before use rinse with 5mL ether.
4 instruments and equipment
4.1 Liquid chromatography - tandem mass spectrometer. with electrospray ionization and quadrupole mass analyzer.
