Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules. Instead of the standard SN/T 1196-2003 "Genetically Modified Maize Qualitative PCR detection method." This standard compared with SN/T 1196-2003, the main technical changes are as follows. --- The original standard, the English name has been revised; --- Identification of maize line increased range, complementing the MON863, NK603, TC1507, MON88017,59122, MIR604, MTR162, DBT418, MON89034, LY038, ES3272, Bt10, DP98140 strain of genetically modified organisms Qualitative detection. --- The second method increases the real-time PCR method. The standard reference to ISO standards and the EU Joint Research Centre of genetically modified food and feed Reference Laboratory (Communityreference Common law PCR method adds MON863, NK603, TC1507, Bt10 genetically modified strain of qualitative detection, adds a second French real-time PCR method.
