1 Scope
This standard specifies the gas chromatographic method tetradifon residues in tea.
This standard applies to the determination of tetradifon residues in tea.
2 Method summary
Pulverized tea samples after water immersion, with acetone and n-hexane mixture to extract a sample of tetradifon, the extract over Activated Carbon
Phase extraction column purification, concentrated volume, using a gas chromatograph equipped with electron capture detector (ECD) were measured, quantified by external standard.
3 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise specified, all reagents were of analytical grade, water is distilled water.
3.1 hexane. pure class distinctions.
3.2 acetone. pure class distinctions.
3.3 anhydrous sodium sulfate. After burning 650 ℃ 4h, cooled in a desiccator to room temperature and stored in a sealed bottle aside.
3.4 acetone - hexane mixture (1 + 9, by volume). n-hexane depicting 90mL (3.1) with 10mL acetone (3.2) were mixed uniformly.
3.5 tetradifon standard substance (Tetradifon, C12H6Cl4O2S, CASN O. 116-29-0). not less than 99% purity.
3.6 tetradifon standard stock solution. accurately weighed amount of reference material tetradifon with acetone formulated as 100mg/L standard
Quasi stock solution and then diluted with n-hexane according to testing requirements to the corresponding standard working solution in the dark at 4 ℃.
3.7 activated carbon SPE column. 3mL, 250mg, or equivalent person.
4 instruments and equipment
4.1 Gas chromatograph equipped with electron capture detector (ECD).
4.2 mill.
4.3 Vortex device.
4.4 Multifunction trace of sample processing instrument, or equivalent person.

5 Sample Preparation and Storage
