Foreword
SN/T 1915 "Regulations for the completion of health quarantine business documents" is divided into four parts.

This part is the fourth part of SN/T 1915.
This part is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

Part 4. Sanitary treatment
1 Scope
This part of SN/T 1915 stipulates the isolation, inspection and inspection carried out by the inspection and quarantine authorities in the health and quarantine business of entry and exit at the border ports.
Medical procedures such as local medical examinations, as well as documentary formats, issuance requirements, objects, and contents used for disinfection, deratization, and de-worming.
This part is applicable to the issuance of sanitary quarantine certificates for the health treatment of border ports.

3 Document format and issue object
3.1 Isolation, inspection, local inspection notice (2 types)
3.1.1 International Traveler Inspection/Isolation Certificate (No. 5-6). Applicable to.
a) issue a certificate of isolation to the infected person;
b) Issue a certificate of stay for the suspected quarantine.
3.1.2 "Convenience card for medical treatment". applicable to people from quarantinable infectious diseases and infected infectious disease areas, quarantine physicians can be based on epidemics
The results of the examinations and medical examinations are sent to the convenient card for treatment. Medical units in all localities should give priority to the treatment of those who hold a convenient card for medical treatment.
3.2 Quarantine treatment certificates (4 types)
3.2.1 "Fumigation/Disinfection Certificate" (Form 7-1). Applicable to entry and exit goods, packaging materials, used materials, postal items, etc. at border ports.
Loading containers (including containers) and other items subject to quarantine treatment shall be certified after fumigation/disinfection.
3.2.2 "Transportation Quarantine Treatment Certificate" (Form 7-2). Applicable to fumigation, disinfection and de-worming of inbound and outbound transportation vehicles, including transportation
Tools, employees and passengers use food, drinking water and transportation equipment such as ballast water, garbage, sewage and other items to carry out sanitary quarantine treatment and issue certificates.
Note. Z1-3-6 and Z2-3-6 are used after sanitary quarantine treatment for direct shipping vessels and aircraft.
3.2.3 Ship Quarantine Treatment Certificate (Z1-3-6). Applicable to direct shipping vessels subject to animal and plant quarantine treatment or sanitary quarantine treatment.
3.2.4 "Aircraft Quarantine Treatment Certificate" (Z2-3-6). Applicable to direct flights aircraft treated by animal and plant quarantine treatment or sanitary quarantine treatment.
3.3 Notification of quarantine treatment (3 types)
3.3.1 Notice of Inspection and Quarantine Treatment (No. 4-2). Applicable to.
a) quarantine treatment and radioactivity for transportation vehicles (including drinking water, ballast water, garbage and sewage), containers, mailings, goods
monitor;
b) quarantine treatment of imported and used waste materials;
c) If the food is unqualified after inspection and quarantine, it shall be notified by the inspection and quarantine office to the relevant object.
Note. Z1-2-1 and Z2-2-1 are used for notification of sanitary quarantine treatment for direct vessels and aircraft.
