Part 1. Health Quarantine Inspection1 ScopeThis part of SN/T 1915 stipulates that inspection and quarantine agencies perform inbound and outbound medical inspections and health inspections at border ports.
Document format used, issuance requirements, objects, content, etc.
This section applies to entry and exit ships, aircraft, trains and other vehicles at border crossings, as well as transport equipment, goods, personnel, and transportation that enter and leave the country.

3.1.1 "Ship Entry Sanitary Quarantine Certificate" (Form 6-1). Applicable to the absence of epidemic quarantine on entry sanitation and quarantine or the need for sanitary treatment

3.1.2 "Port Entry Quarantine Certificate" (Form 6-2). Applicable to the entry of sanitary quarantine, the implementation of a certain sanitation treatment or after leaving Hong Kong should continue

3.1.5 "Shipping Port Health and Quarantine Certificate" (Z1-3-2). Applicable to direct voyage vessels eligible for exit health inspection and quarantine.
3.1.6 Quarantine Certificate for Ship Inbound (Z1-3-4). Applicable to direct voyage vessels eligible for entry sanitation and quarantine.
3.1.7 "Shipping Entry Hygiene and Quarantine Certificate" (Z1-3-5). Applicable to infectious disease epidemic areas, requiring some kind of sanitation treatment or after leaving Hong Kong

3.1.8 Aircraft Outbound Hygiene and Quarantine Certificate (Z2-3-2). Applicable to the outbound port sanitation and quarantine qualified direct-aviation aircraft.
3.1.9 "Aircraft Inbound Quarantine Certificate" (Z2-3-4). Applicable to direct flights that are eligible for entry sanitation and quarantine.
