1 Scope
This standard specifies the entry and exit corpse/bones health licensing requirements and licensing procedures.
This standard applies to the entry-exit corpse/bones health permits.

3 Requirements
Body health permits application of the entry and exit/bones shall meet the following requirements.
--- Suffering from non-communicable diseases and quarantine, quarantine suspected infectious disease, anthrax deaths;
--- Embalmed and wrapped Departures (except at the entry and exit on the way of death);
--- Unopened, no smell, no leakage;
--- Without carrying insect vectors or other parasites.
4 Program
4.1 Application
4.1.1 before the corpse/bones into or out of the carrier or agent shall enter the port of exit inspection and quarantine agencies to apply for health permits, and
Submit the relevant materials.
4.1.2 application for entry corpse/bones, shall submit the following application materials.
--- Corpse/coffin/skeletal entry/exit health quarantine declaration form (see Appendix A);
--- Corpse/coffin/skeletal entry/exit encoffining proof;
--- Remains entry/exit corrosion proof;
--- Corpse/coffin/skeletal entry/exit supervision of health declaration form;
--- Proof of his identity (passport, certification of seafarers, passport or identity card) photocopy (original inspection);
--- Country of departure or death of a medical certificate or medical report issued by the health department official issued;
If the following materials shall be provided.
--- Leave the country or region issued official body, coffin, bones exit permit;
--- Burial ground the administrative departments (civil affairs, overseas Chinese affairs, foreign affairs department) to allow the burial permit;
--- Chinese Embassy death certificate issued by the country of departure;
--- Corpse/coffin/skeletal sanitization certificate.
4.1.3 apply for exit corpse/bones, shall submit the following application materials.
--- Corpse/coffin/skeletal entry/exit health quarantine declaration;
--- Corpse/coffin/skeletal entry/exit encoffining proof;
