Antibiotic residues in animal-derived foods
Detection method
1 Scope
This standard specifies the test for the detection of β-lactams, tetracyclines, macrolides and aminoglycoside residues in animal-derived foods.
Sample preparation, preservation and microbial inhibition assay methods.
This standard applies to the screening of antibiotic residues in meat, eggs, fish and shrimp. Positive results must be confirmed by other methods.

3 sample preparation and preservation
3.1 Sample preparation
Meat, fish and shrimp. Take some representative samples from the original sample, put the edible part into a high-speed tissue masher, and mix thoroughly.
Evenly, the sample is not less than 500g by the quartering method. Load into the cleaning container and mark it.
Egg. From the original sample, randomly split half (not less than 500g), fresh eggs need to be shelled. Mix the egg yolk and protein in the mixer
Evenly, put it into a clean container as a sample and mark it.
Samples must be protected from contamination or changes in residue levels during sample preparation.
3.2 Sample storage
Meat, fish, shrimp and eggs. Samples are stored below -18 °C.
4 Determination method
4.1 Method summary
After the sample was extracted by buffer, incubated, and centrifuged, the supernatant was taken for measurement. Discriminating the use of antibiotics to inhibit sensitive bacteria
Whether the sample contains antibiotics.
