This standard specifies the concentration of methyl thiophanate, thiabendazole, carbendazim and 2-aminobenzimidazole residues in concentrated fruit juice.

4.12 2mol/L sodium hydroxide solution. Weigh 8.0g sodium hydroxide, dissolved in water, constant volume to 100mL.
4.13 acetonitrile - toluene (3 1). the amount of 300mL acetonitrile and 100mL toluene, mix.
