1 Scope

This standard specifies the overall, basic functions, business processes, data collection structure, and coding of the national community corrections personnel positioning system Rules and codes, data exchange requirements and system security requirements. This standard applies to the construction and application of the national community corrections personnel positioning system.

3 Terms and definitions
