1 Scope
This standard stipulates the basic requirements for product quality, product grade, packaging, labeling and circulation process requirements of Lotus Fog.
This standard applies to the operation and management of lotus fog circulation.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Maturity degreeofmaturity
Lotus fog reaches the maturity of the product, suitable for eating, full and correct, fruit color dark red is better.
4 Basic requirements for product quality
4.1 The maturity required for the product as a commodity is achieved, and the inherent color and shape of the product are available.
4.2 The fruit is intact, the fruit color is bright, the peel is smooth and wireless, no splitting, rot, pests, odors and obvious mechanical injuries.
4.3 The limit of pollutants should meet the relevant provisions of GB 2762, and the maximum residue limit of pesticides should meet the relevant provisions of GB 2763.

Under the premise of complying with the provisions of Chapter 4, the lotus varieties of the same variety are classified according to maturity, completeness, freshness and uniformity.
