1 Scope
This standard specifies the basic requirements for the quality of goods, the grade of the goods, the packaging, the labeling and the circulation process requirements of the chayote flow.

Maturity degreeofmaturity
Chayote is physiologically mature, fully developed, and full of fruit.
3.2
Fetal vivipary
If the chayote is not harvested after ripening, the seed will sprout long buds in the fruit, and the phenomenon of germination without leaving the mother plant is called fetal growth.
4 Basic requirements for product quality
4.1 The maturity required for this variety of chayote as a commodity is achieved, and it has the inherent color and shape of the variety of chayote.
