1 Scope
This standard specifies the terminology and definition of the dietitian, the classification basis, the classification, the identification method and the qualification conditions.
This standard applies to professional and technical personnel engaged in the work of nutritionists in the field of food production, circulation and catering services.
2 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
2.1
Dietitian dietetictechnician
Occupational technology with nutrition knowledge, nutrition work in food selection, recipe preparation, dietary nutrition evaluation, nutrition education and guidance
personnel.
3 Classification and identification methods
3.1 Classification basis
Mainly based on academic qualifications, work experience, and skill level.
3.2 Classification
The occupation is divided into three levels. assistant dietitian, dietitian and senior dietitian.
3.3 Identification method
3.3.1 Take the identification method of combining voluntary application, qualification examination, training and assessment.
3.3.2 The applicant provides the necessary materials (application form, resume of the person, photocopy of academic certificate, photocopy of ID card, photo), and is subject to qualification examination.
