This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces SB/T 10545-2009, and the main changes compared with SB/T 10545-2009 are as follows.
---6.1 The evaluation indicators are summarized into Table 1;
---Adjusted the requirements for the scale of rental property evaluation indicators;
---Adjusted the requirements for the annual income evaluation indicators of leasing companies;
