1 Scope
This standard specifies the configuration, basic requirements, electrical and basic parameters of the complete production equipment for pig slaughter.
This standard applies to new and expanded pig slaughtering enterprises.

3 supporting equipment

3.1 Small business

4 Basic requirements for complete sets of equipment
4.1 The supporting equipment should be connected compactly and neatly installed.
4.2 Each conveying section and the track function are connected to each other, and the adjustment speeds match each other.
4.3 The conveying speed of the synchronous transport device of the carcass and veterinary hygiene is synchronized, and the accumulation error should not exceed 300mm.

5 electrical
5.1 The electrical system of the complete set of equipment shall comply with the provisions of GB 5226.1.
5.2 Electrical circuits shall be designed and implemented in a unified manner. Equipment that requires speed synchronization and automatic operation should be controlled by PLC.
5.3 The steel structures of the stand-alone and in-line production lines shall be reliably grounded and clearly grounded and marked.
5.4 The insulation resistance of the machine shall not be less than 1MΩ, and the grounding resistance shall not be greater than 0.1Ω.
