In order to regulate the circulation order of the liquor commodity market, strengthen the management of the retail sale of alcoholic products, and ensure the standardization of the retail transaction process of alcoholic commodities.
This standard is formulated in accordance with the reliability of the quality of the products and the authenticity, completeness and traceability of the information on the retail transaction of the goods.

4.1 Business qualification
4.1.1 It should meet the requirements of relevant national laws, regulations, rules and related standards.
