This standard replaces SB/T 10015-1999 "Ice Cake".
The main changes of this standard compared with SB/T 10015-1999 are as follows.
--- Change the standard name to "Frozen Drink Ice Cream";
--- Added ice cream terminology and definitions;
---Modified product classification;
--- Adjusted the total solids, total sugar and fat indicators, increased protein indicators;
--- Increased production process control and sales requirements.
