Introduction
The pulp and paper industry is one of the important raw material industries in China and a key industry for energy consumption in China.
The pulp and paper enterprises of this standard include pulping enterprises, papermaking enterprises, pulp and paper joint enterprises, their production scale and product types.
The differences in categories, manufacturing processes, technical equipment, and raw materials are large, and the industry management characteristics are obvious in terms of major energy use and energy consumption.
See Appendix A of this standard.
The purpose of this standard is to standardize the energy management process of pulp and paper enterprises, and to adopt a systematic approach to achieve pulp and paper enterprises.
Energy saving goals to improve energy performance. At the same time, this standard provides for the certification body to provide energy management system certification for pulp and paper enterprises.
First, the basis of the norm.
The national standard GB/T 23331-2012 "Energy Management System Requirements" stipulates the requirements for energy management systems applicable to various organizations.
It provides systematic requirements for the establishment, implementation, maintenance and improvement of energy management systems for various organizations. This standard is based on GB/T 23331-2012,
Formulated for the management characteristics of energy use and energy consumption in pulp and paper enterprises. The basic framework of this standard is kept in accordance with GB/T 23331-2012
Consistent. Within the basic framework, relevant requirements for energy management systems for pulp and paper enterprises are proposed.
This standard does not stipulate specific energy performance standards for the paper industry, nor is it the design specification for the energy management system.
Pulp and paper enterprises may seek third-party certification bodies to certify their energy management systems in accordance with this standard, and may also conduct self-evaluation.
The price, self-declaration and the parties seeking confirmation of their compliance are referred to this standard.
