Introduction
As a basic industry of the national economy, power industry companies provide the necessary electrical energy for industrial and agricultural production and people's lives.
The industry shoulders the important responsibility of advanced development, safe and reliable operation, and maintaining harmonious and stable development of society and economy. It is also the weight of China’s energy consumption.
Point industry, Appendix A provides the basic situation of energy management in the power industry.
The purpose of this standard is to regulate the energy management process of power companies and adopt a systematic approach to enable power companies to achieve energy goals.
Improve energy performance. At the same time, this standard is the basis for the certification body to provide uniform specifications when conducting power management system certification for power companies.
GB/T 23331-2012 "Energy Management System Requirements" stipulates the requirements of energy management systems applicable to various organizations, for all types of
The organization establishes, implements, maintains and improves the energy management system to provide system requirements.
This standard is based on GB/T 23331-2012, combined with the actual situation of energy use and energy conservation management in the power industry. This standard
The basic framework is consistent with GB/T 23331-2012. Within the basic framework, a proposal for energy management for power companies is proposed.
Body requirements.
Power companies can apply this standard in combination with quality, environmental, occupational health and safety management systems.
This standard does not stipulate specific energy performance standards for power companies, nor does it provide detailed management system design specifications.
Power companies may seek certification from third-party certification bodies for their energy management systems in accordance with this standard. They may also conduct self-evaluation and self-development.
Refer to this standard when declaring and seeking the confirmation of compliance by interested parties.
Energy Management System Power Enterprise Certification Requirements
1 Scope
This standard stipulates the requirements for the certification of energy management systems by coal-fired power generation enterprises and power grid enterprises, and stipulates the requirements for coal-fired power generation enterprises and electricity.
The basic requirements for the implementation of system management for energy use and consumption of net enterprises, considering the factors affecting the energy performance of coal-fired power generation enterprises and grid enterprises
The basic requirements for the energy management system of coal-fired power generation enterprises and power grid enterprises are clarified.
This standard applies to the energy management system certification of coal-fired power generation enterprises and power grid enterprises, and is applicable to coal-fired power generation enterprises and power grid enterprises.
Establishing, implementing, maintaining and improving its energy management system is also applicable to the assessment of energy management of coal-fired power generation enterprises and power grid enterprises as relevant parties.
The basis of the system. Other types of power generation enterprises (such as fuel, gas, hydropower, nuclear power, new energy and other power generation enterprises) refer to the implementation.
