3.3
Boundary detailed map series
Thematic atlases that summarize detailed line drawings together as required.4 Atlas content and presentation4.1 Atlas content
Including the cover, sequence diagram (including compilation instructions, detailed drawings and charts, legends), the inside of the volume and the detailed line drawing (the main part).
4.2 Presentation
The atlas uses a horizontal version of the folio, the finished layout size is 75 cm from east to west, and 52 cm from north to south.
Atlases are grouped in volumes.
-Atlas of provincial administrative area boundaries uses each administrative area boundary as a unit volume;
-Atlases of administrative regions below the provincial level are organized in units of administrative regions;
--Longer boundaries can be divided into separate volumes (generally detailed page > 80 pages).5 Gallery Covers5.1 Cover Content
The cover content may consist of the national emblem pattern, the main name of the atlas, the compilation unit and the compilation time.
5.2 Typographic Design
The layout design requires dignity and beauty. For specific styles, refer to Appendix A.6 Atlas sequence diagram6.1 Composition
The sequence diagram is composed of three parts. the instruction page, the chart page, and the legend page.
6.2 Preparation of instruction pages
Refer to Appendix B for the description page style. The page content consists of the following three parts.
-Schematic diagram of the position of the boundary line. indicate the position of the boundary line in the upper administrative area;
-Compilation information. the list of compilation committees, editorial departments and editors at all levels of the atlas should be included;
-Compilation instructions should include the following.
 A brief description of the physical geography of the border areas, an overview of the work of delineation and its significance;
 the basis and purpose of the mapping;
 The scale and coordinate system of the atlas compilation;
 Mapping methods and software used;
 compiling information and processing methods;
 Number of drawings, layout structure and drawing method of the agreement;
 Treatment and representation of special problems in the atlas;
 The description of the completed process of the atlas, the compilation unit, and other relevant content.
6.3 Connect to the chart page
6.3.1 Basic requirements
Each administrative area boundary shall be drawn in a diagram and arranged in the order of the boundary number.
6.3.2 Graph name
The names of the diagrams are arranged from the name of the superior administrative area and the name of the administrative area adjacent to the boundary (administrative areas with small administrative division codes)
The domain names are arranged on the top), and the "administrative zone boundary detailed atlas collection chart" is formed. Provincial administrative regions have no upper administrative region name.
Example 1.
Example 2.
6.3.3 Preparation requirements
The preparation of connection diagrams should meet the following requirements.
-The geographic basemap connected to the chart can be selected according to the existing data and the corresponding topographic map and data compilation;
-The number of geographic basemaps needed for the chart should be determined according to the scale of the boundary line, the latitude and longitude range, and the format of the chart;
--The boundary line distance is too long, and it can be combined with the design of the atlas, and adopt the form of segmented design and chart.
6.3.4 Requirements for plotting
The drawing of the diagram shall meet the following requirements.
-The scope of the drawing of the chart should be larger than all the drawings and supplementary drawings of the agreement involved in this boundary;
-Use different thickness and line thicknesses to indicate the latitude and longitude lines of the topographic maps at different scales, and choose the latitude and longitude to be noted beside the frame;
-In the map, jump to note the map number of each scale scale topographic map;
-Connect the boundary line in the chart and the features on both sides of the boundary line are prominent in the form of bands;
-Different colors are used to distinguish the band range, the drawing of the agreement, and the detailed frame;
-The boundary lines and notes at all levels connected to this boundary line can be selected according to the carrying capacity of the map;
-The boundary pile points should be all plotted without gland cover, and the short code of the boundary pile should be marked. If all the plots will produce glands, you should select the important
Boundary point plotting;
--The residential areas and names of the people's governments at or above the township level in the chart should all be indicated. Each factor can be made a large comprehensive choice, and
Note that according to the current situation data, except that the water system element is blue (C100), and the residential area and road area can be colored separately.
All other elements are gray (K50).
6.3.5 Contents outside the figure
In the free space outside the outline of the map, the drawing number, name of the agreement, and detailed drawing of the administrative area boundary shall be arranged.
Its size can be set in advance according to the paper. The ratio of the width and height of the rectangle is preferably 4. 3. Generally, it can be set to about 2.4 × 1.8 cm, but
The minimum should not be less than 2.0 × 1.5 cm.
6.3.6 Layout
The layout can be designed according to the actual direction of the boundary line in horizontal and vertical layout types. Refer to Appendix C for specific styles.
6.4 Legend page
6.4.1 Legend content
According to the corresponding scale graphic symbols and prescribed colors, according to all the graphic symbols in the atlas, itemize and annotate this atlas
Element symbol in.
6.4.2 Legend layout
