1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification, requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, storage and
transport.
This standard applies to bamboo charcoal used for food storage, improvement of drinking water and diet quality, but not for direct consumption.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Food contact bamboo charcoal flake
The flaky charcoal made from bamboo by high-temperature carbonization technology is mainly used in food storage, rice cooking and drinking water improvement.
3.2
Capability of unit adsorption
The actual mass of water vapor absorbed by a unit mass of bamboo charcoal at 25℃±2℃ temperature and standard atmospheric pressure.

It is divided into bamboo chip charcoal for food storage, bamboo chip charcoal for drinking water and bamboo chip charcoal for cooking.
5 requirements
5.1 Sensory requirements
Black, no odor.
5.2 Common specifications are as follows.
--Length. 30 mm ~200 mm;
--Width. 15 mm ~50 mm.
Specifications and dimensions can also be agreed upon by both parties.

6 Inspection method
6.1 Sensory testing
Take an appropriate amount of the sample and place it in a clean, dry white porcelain dish. Under natural light, observe its color and state, and smell its smell.
6.2 Determination of moisture content
According to the provisions of GB/T 26913-2011 in 6.3.
6.3 Determination of resistivity
Carry out according to the provisions of 4.3 in GB/T 24525-2009.

7 Inspection rules
7.1 Batching rules and sampling plan
7.1.1 Batching rules
Products of the same specifications and grades produced with basically the same raw materials and production conditions as a batch are sampled according to the batch number.
7.1.2 Sampling plan
Bamboo chip charcoal is randomly selected from the same batch, and the amount of each sample is not less than 1.0 kg. Divide into two parts into a clean and dry sealed bag, paste

7.2 Product inspection
It is divided into factory inspection and type inspection.
7.2.1 Factory inspection

7.2.2 Type inspection
The inspection items are all items specified in this standard. Type inspection should be carried out in one of the following situations.
a) When production is suspended for a long time and production is resumed;
b) Changes in raw materials or changes in the main production process may affect product quality;
c) When the national market supervision and management agency put forward a requirement for type inspection;
d) When there is a big difference between the factory inspection and the last type inspection.
7.3 Comprehensive judgment
When the product’s sensory requirements, specifications, dimensions, and physical and chemical performance test results meet the corresponding technical requirements, the product is deemed qualified, otherwise the product is deemed qualified.

8 Marking, packaging, storage and transportation
8.1 Logo
