7 Inspection rules

7.1 Inspection classification Product inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 7.2 Factory inspection 7.3 Type inspection 7.3.1 In addition to all inspection items of the factory inspection, the type inspection should also increase the static bending strength, the surface paint film pollution resistance, Surface paint film adhesion, surface impact resistance, formaldehyde emission and other items. 7.3.2 During normal production, inspection shall be conducted not less than once every six months; type inspection shall be carried out in one of the following situations. a) When the raw and auxiliary materials and production process undergo major changes; b) When production resumes after a long-term shutdown; c) When the market supervision department requests for type inspection. 7.4 Sampling plan and determination rules 7.4.1 Basic requirements Samples should be taken from the same batch, same specification, and same type of products as required, and the samples should be inspected one by one. All are counted in blocks. 7.4.2 Specification and size inspection 7.4.2.1 Sampling plan 7.4.2.1.1 The inspection of surface layer net length, surface layer width, thickness, right angle, edge straightness and warpage shall adopt GB/T 2828.1-2012 The general inspection level I and the acceptance quality limit (AQL) of the normal inspection sub-sampling of 4.0 are shown in Table 5. Note. More than 10 000 pieces will be processed in another batch. 7.4.2.1.2 The number of samples for assembly separation seam and assembly height difference inspection is 10, and the 10 samples are from the same batch of products with inspection specifications and dimensions. Randomly drawn in. 7.4.2.2 Judgment rules 7.4.2.2.1 The net length of the surface layer, the net width, thickness, right angle, edge straightness, and warpage of the surface layer, the number of samples for the first inspection shall be Equal to the number of first samples given by the scheme. According to the requirements of Table 1, if the number of unqualified products found in the first sample is less than or Equal to the first acceptance number, the batch of products should be considered acceptable. If the number of nonconforming products found in the first sample is greater than or equal to The first rejection number should be considered unacceptable. If the number of nonconforming products found in the first sample is between the first acceptance number and the first rejection number, a second sample should be taken. Such as If the cumulative number of unqualified products found in the first and second samples is less than or equal to the second acceptance number, it is determined that the batch of products can be accepted of. If the cumulative number of unqualified products is greater than or equal to the second rejected number, the batch of products is determined to be unacceptable. 7.4.2.2.2 The samples for assembly separation seam and assembly height difference inspection shall be judged according to Table 1.If the first sampling inspection fails, It is allowed to double sampling (20 pieces, divided into two groups) in the same batch of products for one re-inspection, and all items are qualified to be judged as qualified. 7.4.2.2.3 The net length of the surface layer, the net width of the surface layer, the thickness, the right angle, the straightness of the edge, the degree of warpage, the seam separation, and the height difference of the assembly When qualified, the size of the batch of products is determined to be qualified. 7.4.3 Appearance quality inspection 7.4.3.1 Sampling plan When inspecting the appearance quality of batches of flattened bamboo flooring, samples should be taken from the same batch. Adopt GB/T 2828.1 -In.2012, the general inspection level II and acceptance quality limit (AQL) of the normal inspection sub-sampling of 4.0, the sampling plan is shown in Table 6. When multiple defects exist on a floor at the same time, the defect that affects the product level the most is judged. 7.4.3.2 Judgment rules The sample size for the first inspection should be equal to the first sample size given in the plan. If the number of nonconforming products found in the first sample If it is less than or equal to the first acceptance number, the batch of products should be considered acceptable. If the number of nonconforming products found in the first sample is greater than Or equal to the first rejected number, the batch of products should be considered unacceptable. 7.4.4 Physical and chemical performance inspection 7.4.4.1 Sampling plan When testing physical and chemical properties, samples are randomly selected from the submitted inspection lot. The sampling plan is shown in Table 7.The first sampling inspection fails For items, double sampling re-inspection is allowed in the same batch of products, and the re-inspection is divided into two groups. Note. If the sample size is too small, if the samples taken according to the above plan cannot meet the inspection requirements, the number of samples can be appropriately increased. 7.4.4.2 Judgment rules Moisture content, immersion peel test, static bending strength, surface paint film abrasion resistance, surface paint film pollution resistance, surface paint film adhesion, When the surface impact resistance and formaldehyde emission meet the requirements, it is qualified; otherwise, the unqualified items should be doubled for sampling and re-inspection. When qualified, the physical and chemical properties of the batch of products are judged as qualified, otherwise it is judged as unqualified. 7.5 Comprehensive judgment The three inspection results of product size, appearance quality, and physical and chemical properties meet the technical requirements of the corresponding level, and the batch is determined The product is qualified, otherwise it is judged as unqualified product. 8 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage 8.1 Logo The product should be marked with grade, production date, inspector code, or affixed with product mark according to the provisions of the supply and demand contract. 8.2 Packaging The product packaging box (bag) should be printed or affixed with the name of the manufacturer, address, trademark, product standard number, specification, grade, and formaldehyde Release level, color, quantity, date of manufacture. 8.3 Transportation and storage During transportation and storage, the product should be protected from rain, moisture, sun and deformation.
