Technical regulation of crossbreeding of Dendrobium candidum
1 Scope
This standard specifies the selection and cultivation of hybrid breeding parents of Dendrobium officinale Kimuraet Migo.
Cross-technical, F1 generation sterile seedling production, progeny measurement, excellent single plant expansion and pedigree file management.
This standard is applicable to the cross breeding of Dendrobium candidum under artificial control.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Stigma nest stigmanest

4 Parental selection and cultivation
4.1 Parental choice
Parents choose excellent varieties with sugar content higher than 30%, strong cold resistance, good growth potential and strong sprouting ability as parents.
4.2 Parental cultivation
For planting greenhouses, it is advisable to choose simple bamboo or wood frame or steel frame arched greenhouse. The height of the greenhouse is 4m and the width is 4m. The length depends on the terrain.
