Seedling quality inspection rules
1 Scope
This standard stipulates the requirements for general rules, sampling, judgment rules and review of seedling quality inspection.
This standard is applicable to the verification of the quality of seedlings that have been inspected in depressions, afforestation sites, and acceptance sites.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions as defined in GB/T 2828.4-2008 apply to this document.
3.1
Claiming quality level declared qualitylevel
Check the upper limit of the percentage of non-conforming products allowed in the population.
3.2
Verification of overall auditpopulation
The whole of the unit product to be checked.
3.3
Verification of overall qualified auditpopulationconformity
The percentage of actual nonconforming product in the verification population is less than or equal to the claimed quality level.
3.4
Verification of overall unqualified auditpopulationnonconformity
The percentage of actual nonconforming product in the verification population is greater than the claimed quality level.

Sampling base samplingbase
The number of tests and survey objects included in the entire sample sample is implemented.
4 General
4.1 The seedling quality inspection targets are seedlings that have been quality tested in depressions, afforestation sites, and acceptance sites.
4.2 The inspection agency undertaking the quality inspection of seedlings shall have the corresponding qualification for seedling testing.
4.3 The inspectors shall be no less than 2 persons. The verification information shall be filled in accordance with Appendix A and signed by the inspectors and relevant personnel of the verified unit.
