3 Harvesting and quality requirements
3.1 Varieties
Short-term storage is suitable for all varieties, and medium and long-term storage should be selected for medium and long-term storage.
3.2 Harvesting
Kiwifruit gardens should be selected for cultivation management practices, normal fruit development, low pests and diseases, and no fruit swelling agents or ripening agents. Precocious macaque
The soluble solid content of peach varieties reached 6.2%-7.0%, and the soluble solid content of middle and late-maturing kiwifruit varieties reached 6.5%~
Harvested at 8.0%. It should be harvested after morning fog and dew disappeared, and should not be harvested within 3 days after rain. Watering cannot be done within 10 days before harvesting, not within 20 days
Can apply nitrogen fertilizer. It should be picked by hand and the fruit handle should be kept. The kiwifruit after harvest should be transported to the storage place for pre-cooling as soon as possible.
In the cool and ventilated place under the tree, avoid sun or rain.
The post-harvest transport packaging should be made of plastic crates or clean wooden boxes, and mechanical damage should be avoided during harvesting and transportation.
3.3 Quality requirements
The kiwifruit for storage should have the characteristics of fruit shape, hardness, color and flavor inherent in the variety. The fruit surface is clean, no mechanical damage, no pests and diseases.
Harm, no foreign impurities.
Health indicators should comply with the relevant provisions of GB 2762 and GB 2763.
4 Pre-storage preparation, post-harvest handling and storage
4.1 Treasury preparation
Thoroughly clean (clean) and disinfect storage areas and utensils (such as storage bins, trays, etc.) before storage and ventilate.
Overhaul all equipment. The temperature is lowered from 2d to 3d before storage, and the temperature of the library is reduced to about 0°C.
4.2 Selection
After harvesting, it should be selected to remove pests, soft fruits, deformed fruits, mechanically damaged fruits and residual fruits, and remove impurities. Selection should be
Perform in a cool, ventilated place. Operators should wear soft gloves to avoid mechanical damage to the fruit.
4.3 Storage packaging
It should be packed in plastic or wooden boxes with clean and perforated (seam) gaps, 10kg~20kg per case.
4.4 Pre-cooling, storage
The selected kiwifruit should be pre-cooled in the pre-cooling storage by cold air pre-cooling. Pre-cooling temperature is about 0 °C, within 2d ~ 3d
