This standard replaces LY/T 1577-2000 "Shan Zhen Ba Bao Block".
Compared with LY/T 1577-2000, the main changes of this standard are as follows.
--- The standard name was changed to. "Edible fungus, dried wild vegetable product compressed block";
--- Added "terms and definitions" (see Chapter 3);
--- Modified raw materials (see 4.1);
---Modified product specifications (see 4.2);
---Modified sensory indicators (see 4.3);
--- Increased cadmium, sulfite, carbendazim, dichlorvos indicators (see 4.5);

1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, quality requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, and packages of edible fungi and dried wild vegetable products.
Requirements for loading, transportation and storage.
This standard is applicable to edible fungi and mountain wild vegetable compressed cakes which are made from dried products such as edible fungi and wild vegetables, which are made by re-moistening, compression and drying.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this standard.
