This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces LY/T 1531-1999 "General Rules for Energy Balance Testing of Forestry Enterprises in Northeast and Inner Mongolia State-owned Forest Regions".
The main changes in this standard compared with LY/T 1531-1999 are as follows.
--- Revised the scope of content limited to state-owned forest areas (see Chapter 1);
--- Revised the definition of comprehensive energy consumption per unit of comprehensive energy consumption, unit production (output value) and energy consumption per unit of output (output value) (see
3.7);
--- Removed the content of the iron and its locomotives in the delineated energy balance test system [see 4.1b)];
--- Removed the Mori Iron Steam Locomotive, Mori Iron Diesel Locomotive (see 4.5.2);
--- Removed the specific test method for energy-consuming equipment and equipment, the heat balance test and calculation method of the Sensie steam locomotive (see 4.7.2),

1 Scope
This standard specifies the methods and requirements for energy balance testing of forestry enterprises in state-owned forest areas in Northeast China and Inner Mongolia.
This standard is applicable to energy census and energy balance testing of forestry enterprises in state-owned forest areas in Northeast China and Inner Mongolia.
