Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces GB 29446-2012 "The norm of the power consumption
of coal washing". Compared with GB 29446-2012, the main technical changes
of this standard are as follows:
- ADD the norm level of power unit consumption of coal washing (see 3.1
and 3.2);
- DELETE the advanced value of power consumption for coal washing (see
4.1 and 4.2 of the 2012 edition);
- MODIFY the limit value and access value of power unit consumption ,of
coal washing (see 4.1 and 4.2; 4.1 and 4.2 of 2012 edition).
This standard was proposed by and shall be under the jurisdiction of the
National Standardization Management Committee.

The norm of the power consumption of coal washing
1 Scope
This standard specifies the technical requirements, statistical scope and
calculation methods for the power unit consumption norm of coal washing in
the coal washing process of the coal industry.
This standard applies to the calculation and assessment of the power unit
consumption of coal washing during the coal washing process in the coal
industry, as well as the control of power unit consumption of newly built, rebuilt,
expanded enterprises.
2 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
2.1
The power unit consumption of coal washing
During the statistical period, the ratio of the product of power consumption
of coal washing and the conversion factor of the coal washing process type
to the amount of raw coal selected.
3 Norm level of power consumption
3.1 Norm level of power unit consumption of coking coal washing

Norm level of power unit consumption of coking coal washing enterprise is as
shown in Table 1, of which level 1 has the lowest energy consumption.
