Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces the comprehensive energy consumption of LY/T 1451-2008 fiberboard production. This standard is mainly changed from LY/T 1451-2008.
The following is as follows.
--- Revised the basic energy consumption grading index value (see 4.1,.2008 version 4.1);
--- Revised the basic energy consumption grading indicator level is excellent, good, qualified for Level 1, Level 2, Level 3 (see 4.1,.2008 version 4.1);
--- Increased the fiberboard environmental protection level correction factor (see 5.5.3);
---Modified the testing and measurement of the energy consumption of fiberboard production (see Chapter 6, Chapter 6 of the.2008 edition);
--- Deleted the data processing method (see Chapter 7 of the.2008 edition);
--- Added normative reference document LY/T 2394 forestry enterprise energy measurement instrument management norms (see Chapter 2,.2008 edition)
Chapter 2);
--- Added normative reference document GB/T 31765 high density fiberboard (see Chapter 2, Chapter 2 of the.2008 edition);
--- Removed the correction factor for the wet method in the fiberboard type correction factor (see Table 2 of the.2008 edition).

Fiberboard production comprehensive energy consumption
1 Scope
This standard specifies the terminology and definition of comprehensive energy consumption for fiberboard production, the classification index of basic energy consumption per unit of output, and the calculation of comprehensive energy consumption.
Principles and methods and testing and measurement requirements.
This standard is applicable to the comprehensive energy consumption calculation and energy consumption index assessment of fiberboard production using woody plants as raw materials. Produced from other raw materials
The comprehensive energy consumption of fiberboard can also be referred to.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions as defined in GB/T 11718 and GB/T 31765 apply to this document.
3.1
In the statistical period, fiberboard manufacturers use various energy sources actually consumed in the whole process of fiberboard production (direct production, indirect production).
The physical quantity is converted into the sum of the standard coal according to the prescribed calculation method.
3.2
Fiberboard production unit output comprehensive energy consumption comprehensiveenergyconsumptionofunitoutputforfibreboardproduction
The ratio of the combined energy consumption of the fiberboard production to the yield of the qualified fiberboard during the same statistical period.
3.3
Basic energy consumption per unit of fiberboard production basicenergyconsumptionofunitoutputforfibreboardproduction
In the statistical period, the average temperature T. 20 ° C ≤ T < 35 ° C, the amount of energy consumed in the production of qualified fiberboard of 1 m3 environmental protection grade E1.
3.4
Direct production system directproductionsystem
Peeling, chipping, wood chip screening, wood chip washing, hot grinding, sizing, fiber drying, paving, pre-pressing, hot pressing, post-treatment and other processes.
3.5
Indirect production system indirectproductionsystem
Includes auxiliary production systems and ancillary production systems.
